I’ve experienced both sides of the fence, working in direct, digital and brand agencies as well as 9 years as a client, so I understand the different motivations and priorities.

As a client I was responsible for $130M P&L, 4,000 agent locations and digital performance. I understand the pressure of owning a P&L, so my motivation and priority is to ensure a commercial lens is firmly placed across the strategy and execution.

I help clients achieve growth as effectively as possible, to ensure there is a laser focus on the needs of the customer, the power of data insights is maximised and actionable solutions are developed.

Some of these brands include; Mars, General Electric, Volkswagen, BUPA, Kellogg’s, Citibank, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Emirates, DHL, Heineken, Vodafone, Mercedes and PlayStation.

My role is to bring creative-led thinking as part of a team that inspires, uncovers and delivers business growth that’s relevant to today’s ever-changing market.

My insights have helped marketing teams to redesign their go-to-market strategies as well as product development, driving improvements to both subscriber acquisition as well as retention.

I have a broad range of experience from telco to investment banking and have the data smarts to look beyond customer and transactional data, to also incorporate the impact of external market forces.

In my spare time I like to participate in various global data-challenges and hackathons, where my data-driven storytelling skills can add immense value.

I have a deep knowledge of how social platforms work from a technical perspective and a data-driven approach for connecting with audiences across multiple social channels. I pride myself on discovering social blind spots and balancing creatively-driven business outcomes with effective risk and compliance management.

As one of the best social media strategists and communicators in the local market, I have been sought after for counsel during major client transformation projects, start-up initiatives and transition periods.

A speaker and panellist for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, I’m also an active mentor to up and coming marketers and have given guest talks at various academic institutions in Australia, sharing best practices on social media communications.
